Bama coming into Columbia, likely with College Gameday in tow, will be a bigger deal than any game ever played in the glorified track and field stadium in Lawrence.

Give it a couple of years...I could see an MU/Alabama or MU/Florida type game at Arrowhead.

Alabama is the defending NC, so sure it'll garner some attention. It'll depend on how MU is doing next year. My guess is Bama will be heavily favored, and I expect it won't be very close.

Maybe, maybe not. Mizzou might not want to give up a home game in CoMo. I guarantee the Chiefs would love it, and would definitely help facilitate it. There would be more Alabama or Florida fans buying tickets than ku fans the past couple of years.

I'm sure it would sell. There's no way Alabama or Florida would travel to KC for a NF game, it would make no sense for them.

It is Mizzou's home game to give up, they would be the driving force. The additional revenue the game would make benefit the other school involved. I am not talking about an every year game where the other team has to give up a home game, I am talking about a game ever couple of years where Mizzou gives up a home game for a game at Arrowhead.

Let's not pretend that ku fills any stadiums anywhere. MU has sold more than enough tickets in CoMo and Arrowhead. Not sure why Wickedson and Co. seem to have an issue with Mizzou's ticket sales.

This line of thinking hasn't worked out well for Kansas fans lately. Most of the horror stories about realignment especially related to KC have turned out to be silly. Especially if the SEC basketball tourn comes to KC.

It would be a cool thing for KC...but it is not worthy holding ones breath over. I just would not be surprised if it happened. I think it is a ways down the road, but I also think that the Chiefs and the Chamber of Commerce brought it up in the big wig meeting they had with Mizzou this week.
