I've got to ask the question...

Is there any chance that "Thatguy" is "SHTSPRAYER"?

I've never been able to figure out SPRAYER. Sometimes, he's a ****ing lunatic, and other times he's a great poster. He just got permabanned the other day, and suddenly "Thatguy" shows up and floods DC with posts.

I will posit this:

1. Nobody just shows up at CP and starts flooding DC, so he's clearly a mult.

2. SPRAYER is just odd enough to do something like this, IMO.

3. I can't help but like both of them. They are both endearing in a perverse sort of way.

4. I'm terrible at playing the "guess the mult" game.

Help me out.

ALWAYS, especially when the long time lurker points out that he is a long time lurker in order to explain why he knows all of the idiosyncrasies of DC.

I know you think it's Kotter, and you're probably right, but I just have a funny feeling that SPRAYER might just be taking us for a ride. I can't put my finger on it other than to say that this guy's heart just doesn't seem to be in it.

Don't sell him short. He's totally bi-polar, but his better half is actually a really articulate and thoughtful poster. I hate defending the guy because he can go batshit crazy at the drop of a hat, but he brings a lot to the forum when he's on his game.

You're really sticking it to the Republicans.

Out of curiosity, has there been a single instance of a liberal quoting your post and expounding upon your point?

There's a scene in American History X where Ed Norton pulls off his shirt to reveal his Swastika tattoo in front of the black guys, and the white supremacists nod towards the black guys to show that they have his back. Even though they hate each other, it's clear that a mutual understanding has been reached between the whites and the blacks that this guy can't be ****ed with without retaliation.

I haven't seen that moment with you yet. Do you feel a sense of camaraderie with your fellow liberals around here? I can't shake the feeling that, if you get raped in the shower, your compatriots are going to turn a blind eye.
