Tough choice, but IMHO Fred Jackson was tearing it up when Buffalo was scoring a ton of points. Now they aren’t and his QB looks completely lost. It may be a cause and effect thing, but Jackson is also older and had a pretty mediocre career before the one great half-season.

I am concerned about the age as well. Jackson will be 31 next year and Lynch 25-26. |

I would be more inclined to go with Lynch because of the crappy division he plays in, for his younger age and because they Seahawks really believe in him and he gets the bulk of the carries.

Isn't Lynch a free agent this offseason? He could get his payday and turn out like Shaun Alexander did for them.

Jackson's got low mileage though correct? He's who I voted for. It wasn't just this year that Jackson was good, he's came on towards the end of the past 2 seasons.
Lynch has been healthy all year but he's only had a half year of steady production too.

CJ Spiller has Ben tearing it up and might have proven he can be a legit RB. Best case for Jackson next year is splitting time. I'd go with Lynch.
