Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.


Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?



Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

I think yes, but not the primers? I'm not a re-loader myself but I spoke with a guy about the .17 hornet and he said you can reload IF you can find all the necessary components, which he claimed are just as hard to acquire as the off-the-shelf cartridge.

Just FYI for those that were looking at the VEPR-12s. Looks like they are finally coming in with the welded open stock(for import reasons). Actually the price isn't too bad considering what it costs to order one of the folding stocks for those that didn't come with it.

I have no personal experience with the company selling these. Atlantic is also selling them which is where I bought mine in Nov but for ~$100 more.
