Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

I'm big on the Vega-One, have you tried it Silock? Ever toggle to a plant based protein?

I dislike plant-based protein powders. I'm sure they're fine in large doses, but I don't like large doses of powders, and for the calories, they are severely lacking in protein. Something like Trutein has 40% more protein, and 30 calories less per serving. Things like that are important when you're cutting; not so much when you aren't. But when you aren't cutting, you should be eating better sources of protein.

I suppose they're fine if you're a vegetarian, but if you aren't, there's zero reason to go plant-based protein. It's inferior.

I endorse it for the Spirulina, However with that being said it's generally 2 (or about) per week, on top of the 7-10 shakes which are other varieties of pure whey.

I didn't take it that way. I just don't care too much. Every time I trim it, my armpits feel slippery and the ends of the hair pokes me.

Total: 2,678 cals, 437g carbs, 6g fat, 196g protein

Might eat some sweet potatoes before I go to bed

Going back to 1200 cals until next Saturday.

That's weird - it never really does on me - but I take it all out of that canal - it just houses sweat. I don't shave my arms or legs or anything, so no homo at all.
