Rollover Semi today in Olathe
Tl;dr, cool story bro ect.

It was right in front of work today, was WAY loud. Lotus clearly cut this semi driver off and he ran in to the median and drove up it, which flipped him over. He easily slid 200 yards and turned 180 degrees, southbound ended up northbound. VERY lucky that nobody was seriously hurt. Talking to the semi driver as soon as he got out of the cab, he was thankful to be alive. Anyways, the police asked me to get them a video of it for their investigation, just thought I'd post it for those interested in it *neat*

Driver was from Missouri

Heres the news article from it, http://www.kctv5.com/story/26031890/...i-35-in-olathe

They interviewed me and told me I would be on TV today at noon and never showed me, assholes!

Also in that article, it shows only the picture of the passenger side from the lotus, and it is spotless, however on the driver side, it is basically all caved in. It drove about 30 seconds after impact and then crapped out and stopped.

It was a fat white mid 60's guy in a Hawaiian looking T shirt. We thought that initially the Lotus didn't stop at all, but he went a little further ahead apparently before stopping. I've been near a few car accidents right as they've happened, and the noise is always in the forefront of my mind when I think back on them.

I can't even imagine what that must have sounded like...

It was super loud. Much like somebody dropping a large dumpster right by your ear. You could feel it too. Definitely distinct.
