Bills trying to acquire #2 overall?? Tyrod to the Broncos
http://www.inquisitr.com/2982812/nfl...-with-broncos/
According to NFL reporter Benjamin Allbright on Twitter, that veteran could be none other than Tyrod Taylor, who is reportedly upset the Bills are looking to draft a quarterback with the 19th pick in this year’s NFL Draft. Taylor’s agents, according to Sirius XM NFL Radio, are unhappy with the treatment their client is getting this offseason. As reported by CBS Sports the Buffalo Bills are rumored to be trying out several of the top rated quarterbacks with interest in selecting one of them with the 19th overall pick, a move that has Taylor fuming. “Buffalo has the 19th pick in the first round of this year’s draft, where Lynch, Cook, and Jones could all be available. Goff and Wentz are likely to be gone by then, but it’s conceivable that the Bills could move up to grab one or the other. It would cost a lot, but if they’re not convinced Taylor is their guy, it’s entirely possible.” The article does hint that these rumors could be a ploy to keep Taylor from bolting the team when he becomes a free agent next year. “[It’s] possible that the Bills are not actually interested in any of these players. The interest could be a front to warn Taylor off against holding out of training camp, or to pressure him into signing a long-term deal. This is prime smokescreen season, after all.” The Broncos meanwhile are leaving no stone unturned in their search for a successor for both retired QB Peyton Manning and incumbent Brock Osweiler, who unceremoniously bolted for Houston in the offseason. In addition to trying to work a deal with disgruntled 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick, Denver GM also inquired about free agent quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. In both instances money seemed to be the factor holding up the deal. In the Fitzpatrick case, Ryan’s agents simply wanted more money than the Broncos were willing to spend for someone they perceive as not a sure-fire starter. A similar reasoning is holding up the Kaepernick to Denver deal as well, as reported by 9 News. “According to a source, the Broncos offered Kaepernick a $7 million salary because that’s the going rate for elite backup quarterbacks. The Broncos are only offering Kaepernick a chance to compete with Mark Sanchez for their starting quarterback position.” The article also hinted that if the Kaepernick trade does indeed fail to happen that the Broncos could look to veteran backups Josh McCown or Brian Hoyer instead. Both QBs are still with their respective rosters, but after the acquisitions of RG III and the aforementioned Osweiler, the likelihood they remain there is little to none. Perhaps the most intriguing rumor to date, however, is the Johnny-Manziel-to-Denver talks that have surfaced over the past week. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Denver coach Gary Kubiak has made contact with Manziel. “Denver Broncos coach Gary Kubiak has spoken with free-agent quarterback Johnny Manziel as a potential fit for the team down the line, according to two sources connected to the team,” Schefter reported. “Kubiak and Manziel both are former Texas A&M quarterbacks. But before the Broncos would make any move on Manziel, the sources said, the Broncos want to see how his pending legal issues and potential NFL discipline are resolved.” Who do you think will be the Broncos starting quarterback? Mark Sanchez, Tyrod Taylor, Colin Kaepernick or Johnny Manziel? So the Bills would get the #2 overall The Donkos would get Tyrod Taylor The Browns get the #19 and #49 this year a 3rd round next year from the Bills. The #31 from the Donkos and a player to be named later. |

2 picks in the first round this year an extra second this year and a 3rd next year along with a roster player from the Donkos. That is pretty good.

What the **** is going on?
Do the bills think Goff or Lynch are franchise quarterbacks worthy of going batshit crazy over? Does Cleveland really plan on handing over the franchise to RG3?..and just dump the 2 pick? Crazy rumors. |
