I played it for about an hour last night and it was really enjoyable. It has some cool gameplay mechanics as it pertains to the amount of noise you make. For example, when you search something in a house or wherever, you can do it slowly and quietly and quickly and loudly but with the noise you risk alerting a zombie horde nearby. Thesse aren't the lumbering zombies from the original Dawn of the Dead, they are the fast running and jumping zombies from the remake.

I found a large backpack in one of the tents at the beginning which gave me two extra item slots.
