I will say this -- Branden Albert showed much improved kick step technique last season, but his foot speed during lateral movement is still much too slow. as a result, he is often seen reaching out to block a guy. It's always been like this with him and that is why he's a better fit for LG. as a guard he doesn't need to make quick lateral moves covering large areas.
that is something Clady has in spades too, is good quick lateral movement. good quick feet.

I hope Albert does sign long term for the Chiefs and we have our bookend tackles for years to come so no excuses not to draft a freaking quarterback.

I can't find anything similar in regard to STATS. Anyway, it doesn't change any of the reasons I gave for why Clady will get more money than Albert. |
