Scouting Report
Extremely fluid and balanced cornerback prospect. Shows the hips and feet to mirror receivers through the entire route tree. Explosive with excellent closing burst to play the ball. Can play press man coverage, disrupting routes and turning to stay in the hip pocket of receivers. Aggressive and confident, but plays relatively disciplined and is rarely out of position. Can support the run well and makes every attempt to make contact with ball carriers despite his lanky build. Has the ability to turn and stay with the football; makes interceptions. Lock-down type with the ability to stick with the opponents best threat one-on-one. Smart with a high football IQ and ability to orchestrate the defense from the outside.

Thoughts
Being a bit underrated by draft pundits in my eyes. Has immediate start capabilities for some teams and should at least be a nickel defender immediately.

With Sean Smith in a contract year, the Chiefs will look to address that situation with larger contracts looming on the horizon. With the addition of Johnson, the Chiefs could end up with a solid young pair of cornerbacks which includes incumbent Phillip Gaines.

Scouting Report
Fast and smooth wide receiver that can eat up real-estate in a hurry. Quick twitch with instant accelerator to gain immediate separation off the line. Difficult to redirect and throw off routes. Incredibly talented deep ball receiver that keeps stride while tracking and making difficult catches down field. Outstanding quick slant, dig, and quick out route runner that can gain instant separation and is a nightmare to cover near the goal line. Runs a variety of routes well, although continued work is required. Sets up defensive backs well on multiple routes. Aware receiver with ability to find soft spots in zones and sit down for the quarterback.

Thoughts
Being a bit overrated by some draft boards with the look of a solid mid-second round rating in my opinion. He even crept up mine until rationale set back in. Has great deep speed and runs solid routes, but has never had plus concentration and was more frequently used as a deep threat than underneath. Also a negative run blocker. Smith can immediately emerge as a deep threat and work on his overall game without having to be "the guy."

The Chiefs are looking at a complete revamping of their receiving corps, and that started with the signing of Jeremy Maclin and the release of three of their primary receiving options over the past few years. Smith can start opposite Maclin and create a formidable trio with the emerging Albert Lewis in the slot.

Scouting Report
Wide-bodied, long-armed offensive tackle prospect with a nasty demeanor and solid capabilities on the field that should translate well to the right side. Shows an adequate kick slide, foot quickness, and knee bend to reach edge defenders on the strong side and maintain leverage. Violent, active hands with a strong initial punch in pass protection. Excellent run blocker with ability to roll hips and drive defenders off the ball. Moves well in space and picks up second level assignments. Adequate in blitz recognition and picks up twists and stunts from lineman.

Thoughts
Potentially underrated prospect that could go higher than I have him slotted here. Stock is all over the place between rounds 2 and 4. Some see him as a great tackle prospects, other as guard only. Has performed well in offseason, so could sneak up boards late. Might stick as a 3rd rounder given some concerns about his overall work ethic (labeled lazy) and the risk associated with whether or not he'll have enough athleticism to remain outside.

The Chiefs have thusfar spent the offseason retooling a hodge-podge offensive line, trading a 5th round selection for Ben Grubbs (LG), signing Pauliasi Fanaika (RG), and letting Rodney Hudson (OC) go to their division rival while choosing not to re-sign incumbent RT Ryan Harris. They'll likely look to add competition and a likely starter at RT where they have Derrek Sherrod, Jeff Allen, and Donald Stephenson as shaky-at-best options.

Scouting Report
Incredibly active and relentless defensive end that has played in a 3-4 at Indiana. Non-stop motor type with good size and excellent arm length (34") that extends his 6'3" frame to that of someone with a few more inches. Disruptive and penetrating at the point of attack, takes ball carriers out of plays and puts a great deal of heat on the passer. Has the look of a future starter in time and an immediate sub-package pass rushing defender. Active hands to battle lineman. Makes himself thin to split blockers. Pure athleticism and burst regardless of timed numbers. Changes directions well. Great in pursuit and takes good angles. Throws his body around and exhibits great core flexibility.

Thoughts
Very underrated by most draft boards. His activity on the defensive front is second to none in this class. Probably dismissed because Indiana isn't much of a football school, but shouldn't be. As he continues to gain strength, he could be very tough to block. Very similar body type to Allen Bailey with a very similar skill set, but might bring even more heat on the passer.

The Chiefs have Jaye Howard and Mike DeVito under contract for 2015, but beyond that there is really nobody aside from the aforementioned Bailey with experience and under contract. The Chiefs not only need to add long-term bodies, but they need to bolster their pass rush ability from the defensive front three and Richardson can bring that quality.

Scouting Report
Fairly athletic inside linebacker prospect with good overall length and solid strength. Has shown the ability to be a downhill defender that attacks ahead and scrapes down the line of scrimmage to make plays. Reads and reacts well and shows good football intelligence. Has shown the ability to make some big hits at times. Solid wrap-up tackler that doesn't miss often. Has athleticism to stay with most tight ends in the league and shows good ability as a zone defender. Will need to improve his hand usage and strength to disengage from blocks in the NFL and will need to get better and sticking with man coverage assignments.

Thoughts
I don't have a high grade on many of the 3-4 ILB prospects in this class and Wilson is no exception, but he's a nice player if the price is right. Early in the process I felt his value was overinflated by most draft boards, but as time goes on he seems to be slipping into the 4th to 5th round range where I'd feel comfortable with him. Wilson is a nice, active, downhill type of player that can fill run gaps and be a difference maker. He's fairly adequate out in space if he isn't asked to be the primary coverage linebacker. My main concern with Wilson any higher is history and the fact he had a fairly significant concussion at one point.

The Chiefs really lack for much at the ILB position, but Derrick Johnson should be back for one more go-around and they did re-sign Josh Mauga. While the Chiefs weren't great at inside linebacker, the defense functioned well as a whole. Wilson's familiarity with the Chiefs' scheme should help him make a contribution early on.

Scouting Report
Athletic offensive guard with very good functional strength. Quick off the ball and agile in movement blocking assignments. Powerful blocker, able to control defenders with upper body strength and outstanding hand placement. Former tackle with good feet setting in pass protection. Good leg drive and movement off the ball in the rushing game. Finds second level targets and can be used to pull on sweeps, traps, and screens. Great work ethic and continues to learn and adapt to increasing levels of competition (JUCO transfer). Played left tackle at JUCO level and shows some traits to be a back up swing if the need arises for a team.

Thoughts
A bit of an underrated skill set due to his JUCO background, but was West Virginia's best offensive lineman. Shows a great right guard skill set, but could be even better as a left guard in the pros. Needs continued refinement in areas, but has some great technique already and tools to work with. Will need to continue to build is functional core and lower body strengths to hold up long-term in the pros but flashes starter's potential within the first couple years.

As mentioned earlier, the Chiefs really did quite a bit to transform the offensive line in the offseason but they really lack functional depth and players that can push would-be starters. Glowinski is a hard working prospect with good abilities right now that will certainly push for playing time.

Scouting Report
Very quick, solidly built and athletic tight end with excellent hands. Shows great technique in blocking assignments in both the run and pass protection. Exhibits a good base with ability to seal defenders from the action. Runs a variety of routes, especially good underneath. Ability to create quick separation from defenders but won't threaten the seam deep. Reliable target that doesn't drop many passes. Smart and productive, at times basically was the Kent State offense. Ability to make touch catches in traffic. Needs to build up overall functional strength at the point of attack, but possess the skill set to contribute early on.

Thoughts
A little unknown early on but has quietly ascended boards and is a guy that should definitely hear his name called on draft day. Pierce reminds me very much of recently cut Anthony Fasano. Pierce does everything effectively and that will make him a solid number two type in the NFL. Doesn't flash the ability to be a matchup nightmare and number one tight end, but he's a guy you can move all over the formation and generate positive matchups.

The Chiefs re-signed Richard Gordon and Demetrius Harris, but neither have shown the ability yet to be consistent options. The Chiefs will be looking for a consistent option to replace Anthony Fasano and there is better than a passing chance they do so in the draft given the volume of players they've looked at thus far at the position. Pierce has the traits to fill the void for KC and form a young, formidable duo with Travis Kelce.

Scouting Report
Fundamentally sound offensive lineman with versatility having played every spot on the offensive line at some point while at Toledo. Likely home at center or guard where his ability to seal and wall is better used. Not functionally strong, won't overwhelm or drive defenders. Uses momentum to redirect and shield defenders from making plays. Positive anchor, not giving up ground. Picture perfect technique that will translate to him gaining a roster spot immediately while he works on building his strength. Moves well and can pick up second level blocks, but needs to work on sticking. Functional backup to multiple positions but will need a couple years of seasoning before he can likely start.

Thoughts
There is something to be said about guys that know how to get the job done. Mancz doesn't need much work in learning how to play, he just needs to get stronger to hold up against NFL defensive lineman. Mancz is smart and a hard worker, so there isn't any reason to think he can't do it. He's a 3-time All-MAC player and was 2014 MVP, virtually unheard of for a center. My primary concern with Mancz is the shoulder surgery, which will require thorough investigation, to repair a torn labrum after getting hurt at East-West Shrine practice. Normal full recovery is around 12 weeks.

The Chiefs are rolling with Eric Kush going into 2015 by the looks of it, a former late round pick himself that sat developing on the bench. When it comes to interior offensive lineman it seems to be Dorsey's way to take guys late and let them grow up on the bench. I think Mancz can develop into at least a quality backup to both the guard and tackle spots similar to Dan Connolly of the Patriots and AQ Shipley of the Colts.

Incredibly quick corner with great leaping ability. Disruptive and aggressive playmaker for his size. Can flip and mirror extremely well with no wasted motions, keeping up with similarly quick receivers. Very good closing ability and instincts in coverage. Can play the football well, creating turnovers and pass breakups. Solid run support player and good tackler. Has returned kicks. Very reminiscent of Antoine Winfield.

Thoughts
In today's pass happy NFL, teams are routinely trotting out three and four receiver sets with ultra-quick slots that can be matchup nightmares for traditionally longer corners you'd see on the outside. This is where guys like Bobby McCain can be valuable and stick with a team for a long time as a nickel or dime defender. I love McCain's quickness, overall ability to stick in coverage, and his tackling.

The Chiefs tried and missed with former Atlanta castoff Chris Owens in 2014, so they'll be looking for a defender that can match up well in the slot, especially in dime packages when they've already rolled a safety into coverage responsibility (normally Abdullah). McCain could serve this role right away and with his speed and tackling ability will be an asset to special teams.

Scouting Report
A very powerful, squatty defensive tackle that explodes into offensive lineman and sets the line of scrimmage. Generates outstanding leverage due to his lower center of gravity and sheer strength. Very good quickness off the snap, immediately getting into the chest of defenders. Moves well laterally. Rolls up offensive lineman then rips to make a large percentage of his tackles behind the line at his level. Some pass rush ability as a nose tackle. Used to taking on double-teams and working to make plays.

Thoughts
A perfect rotational nose tackle type that can occupy blockers and make plays. Hamilton routinely made plays in the backfield for the Cajuns and also garnered some sacks with his surprising quickness for his stature. Has shown the ability to split double-teams and be effective. Easily the best player on the Cajuns defense that every offense had to account for.

The Chiefs don't look like they'll have cap space to sign a veteran nose tackle to back up Dontari Poe, so they'll need to find someone in the draft. Hamilton's sheer strength and bulk make him a load to handle, but it is his quickness off the snap and into opposing lineman that makes him a nightmare to block one-on-one. Could be a nice sleeper from a small school.

His biggest weakness is his lack of elite speed. I don't know how much of a deterrent that is to Dorsey. His history suggests its significant.
