That isn't saying much. Kyle Orton has the same career QB Rating that Elway had. If you wanna make bold predictions, why not say that Geno Smith will go to more than 5 Super Bowls in his career?

Week 15 power rankings

1. Broncos: Nine straight wins are enough to put them straight at the top of the stack.

2. 49ers: Two Niners teams showed up on Sunday night. Only one of them can win the Super Bowl.

3. Falcons: They should have saved a few of those points for their playoff opener.

4. Texans: The road to New Orleans most likely will go through Houston. The question is whether the team from Houston will be the one making the trip.

5. Patriots: Those who think Sunday night’s loss to the 49ers removes the Pats from Super Bowl consideration apparently don’t realize that the 49ers don’t play in the AFC.

Yeah, it was. There's a difference between saying they can win the division (which was completely legitimate with Manning such an unknown), and calling an 7-9 team from shitty division the most talented team in the NFL outside of QB. The Chiefs O was, and obviously still is, all Bowe and Charles. Baldwin didn't do anything his rookie season and Moeaki was nothing more than solid before he tore his ACL. The Defense has nice pieces, but still wasn't anything special.

For everything that could rightly have been said about Denver winning a dogshit division last season, it can just as well be applied to KC winning it in 2010.

Like I said the most talented team in the league isn't 2-14 because they have crap at QB, they're 2-14 because they're nowhere near the most talented team in the league.
