Im not so sure about pistachioes, but sunflower seeds give one of my buddies these worst smelling gas you could ever smell. They are SPD. You would have to leave the room hes in and the next room.

Think that's bad? Mix a sixer of Bud Light with some hard boiled eggs and cabbage stew. That'll clear a room.

I haven't done that personally. But the individual I was around that had was punishing everyone, not just his own insides.

For some serious poop, have a bean burrito, with tabasco sauce and some worchestershire sauce...and Beer.

That's a serious combo.....it'll make your stomach go blub, blub, blub, blub, blub.......grrrrrrrrr!!!!!

I used to work at a Taco/Pizza place last year. I word work like 10 hour shifts and eat there for lunch and dinner. I bet I took 3-5 dumps a day there. I always got the BG's really bad.

LOL! When I was in the Army I used to go TDY (temporary duty) to Turkey a few times a year. Every day after work we all used to go to the "Turkish BX" (basically a store ran by local turks with local turkish stuff) and drink .50 Tuborg beers and eat pistacchioes ($5 /kilo). Every time I went there I would always get the poops about 2 days in, and I always assumed it was the unpasturized dairy products I ate while out and about (I love Turkish food!). Maybe it was the Beer & Nuts....
