I was so excited this was on tonight. I've basically been doing this for the last 3 months and have lost almost 50 lbs.

Yep, already talked about it with Buck....but Fathead has a lot of good info in it supporting this as well. More in line with Carbs though.

That's a good documentary to watch, but like all documentaries, it's trying to push a point and it sways one way.
