Having a problem with the wife's car.

It's a 1994 Chevy Beretta. It starts hesitating when it revs over around 4k. Overdrive is pretty much shot going up a hill. It also does it in park when you just hit the accelerator. However in drive it's fine and doesn't do it. WTF?

By the way....her car was from the same year that I was a Freshman in high school, the year Friends premeired and the year I hurt my knee. I'm finally getting my knee fixed....it's time you upgrade her car, too.

Bah. It's practically brand new on the inside. It has less than 100,000 original miles. This car belonged to an old woman who drove it around 5000 miles a year. I'm not getting rid of it.

Time to get a new car. With something like this its gonna cost you more or almost the same amount to fix the thing than what the car is actually worth.

Don't do it Mr. Flopnuts. It might be something simple to fix. The same people that are telling you to get a new car are the same people that make 40K a year and drive a 40K motor vehicle. I bet your wife's Beretta does the same thing those fancy cars do, gets you to point A to B be.

Cars just aren't good investments for the most part. I have a 1998 Bravada with around 100k and the only reason I bought it was for a better appearance to my clients I'm trying to get money from.
