What's the best way to watch ESPNU from my computer?

I just downloaded atdhenet but nothing is loading.

When it's normal screen it plays fine, but when I go full screen watching video it gets all messed up. Skips around and what not. What's the deal?

never download anything from those free sites. run a virus scan. You should just be able to watch the flash video in your browser and expand that.

The quality varies greatly with these kinds of streams. There's really no way to make it better, all you can do is try to find a stream with better quality. ESPN channels are notoriously difficult to keep illegal streams for. So the streams change on a very frequent basis.

You can try some other popular streaming sites:

http://www.stopstream.tv/

As has already been said. DO NOT install anything from any of those websites. They provide legit streams, but most of their ads/links/etc are all spyware/malware. The popups will lie and say you need this plugin or that update. Ignore it. I can't stress this enough.

iLivid is the worst. full ad over the video that you cant close if you are using an adblocker. no way I turn adblock off on these sites. I just pick another stream.

I use my wifes twin's comcast xfinity account.
They let you stream all the espns and some other channels. They look great.
