Channel 9 reporting that Kelsey Smith's pastor is saying that the investigators told him they believe the body they found is Kelsey.

Also, it's good that he helped bring back the death penalty to Ks.

A friend of mine's daughter was a social worker who was murdered and cut up with a chainsaw by one of her clients. That murderer deserves the death penalty.

He actually deserves a few years in a torture chamber before being allowed to die, but I guess the death penalty will suffice for now.
