Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

Much more prevalent than you think in regular gyms and no doubt with the competitive nature of Crossfit, it's more prevalent than you think there. Lots of unsuspecting juicers everywhere, many who don't know two shits about proper cycle, diet and lifting heavy.

And I'm totally pro steroids although I've never taken them. Shit should be legal so you don't have to worry about injecting cat piss from Mexico. Yes, true story from some guys I know.

I don't know shit about them. I'm seeing pretty good results with my own workout/nutrition plan so I don't plan to investigate.

Your putting words into my mouth. I said that some of the crossfit competitors that I've seen train, do a lot of bodybuilding type accessory movements. I've been to two different crossfit facilities in the area when my wife was looking to join, and neither had any heavy dumbells or even a flat bench, so don't tell me they do that stuff as part of a normal routine. To me, crossfit is GPP & calistenics. We did shit like that during football off season to get into shape, in between heavy lifting sessions.

Where did I admit that? I took two of those 'classes', and know what its about. I didn't bash it, not sure why you so defensive about it.

I don't know what to say guys, I'm ready to commit - I realize I've very recently said 'I'm aboard' -- only to cruise on you all.

I recently was dumped by a girl and I'm ready to make this my lifestyle again.

Not sure what to do other than to hit the gym tonight and stay on it, as well as eat proper.

I just want to gain a little muscle and cut up, moreso.

Hope you all take me back in, be easy on me - I realize I've slacked off, big time.
