What's the Odometer Reading on your Daily Driver?

The apricot BMW just turned over 97,000 miles this weekend, which isn't bad for a 14 year-old car. It still looks pristine other than a couple of door dings and a mysterious dimple on top of the trunk.

What's your vehicle got, and how many miles can a vehicle have before you start thinking about selling it?

Our 2006 CR-V just turned up 77,000 miles. My 2009 Forester has 43,000 miles.

As for getting rid of them, it will depend more on if we are having serious problems than actual miles. We should be able to easily go 150K miles, if not more.

I get a little nervous having only one car that's 14 years old, but geez, my car is well built. It never has problems. My dad (a used-car dealer) told me that a BMW is probably reliable up to 250,000 miles. At our current rate of usage, that means we'll have this car until the year 2046.
