LOL, just ****ing LAUGH OUT LOUD!!! He should get the **** out! He's not wanted, nor any other Pressey ever again! Let him go play for his Dad and bring more fail to an organization that's had, arguably, one good player in recent decades, and he bagged-ass on them! So yeah, get the **** out of Missouri and try something....anything. But those kids laughing at him on campus ARE laughing at him! His friends are puppets. He should hang close to his father, he's the only delusional Phil Pressey fan left on the planet!

Oh, and Phil, you're too small to play the game! Not because of how tall you are, but because of how tall you are and how average you are in so many key areas. God gave Withey all the height you needed to not suck, so take your short ass, average, self home and sell cars!

One bit of advice though, you might want to consider finishing the ****ing-over of the state of Missouri and finish your Senior year.. While it won't reflect how dumb you really are, I don't see Mizzou going to the dance next year (so who cares!), and you're going to need that paper on the wall. So put up with another year of hate, but focus on your classes - you're going to need it once you probably fail-out of the NBA too... Daddy can only carry you so far!

COLUMBIA — Missouri basketball coach Frank Haith and his staff will have some additional scholarships this spring after all.

The school announced Tuesday that two freshmen – Dominique Bull and Negus Webster-Chan – have decided to transfer, thus opening up a pair of scholarships for any potential additions, whether they be incoming freshmen or transfers. Both players expressed an interest in more playing time and an ability to play closer to home as the reason for the transfer.
“Dominique and Negus were great representatives of our program, and I want to thank them for their contributions both on and off the basketball court,” Haith said in a statement. “We will certainly do anything we can to help them as they begin the recruiting process, and wish them nothing but the best moving forward.”
Webster-Chan, a 6-foot-7 guard from Scarborough, Ontario, averaged 2.5 points and two rebounds in 15.5 minutes per game. He made 32 appearances this season, though his playing time gradually tapered off as the year went on.
“I appreciate everyone at Missouri and want to thank Coach Haith and the staff for giving me this opportunity,” Webster-Chan said in the statement. “I just want to find a style that is more suited for me, but I wish Mizzou the best of luck in the future and I’m grateful to the Tiger community for their support over the past year.”
Bull, a 6-foot-4 guard from Worcester, Mass., only made nine appearances this season, averaging 0.1 points in 1.6 minutes per game.
“I want to thank everyone at Mizzou including Coach Haith, the coaching staff and my teammates for their support over the past year,” Bull said in the statement. “I enjoyed my time as a Missouri Tiger, but wanted to expand my role on the court and hopefully do it in a situation that’s closer to my family.”
The departure of both players opens up two additional scholarships for the 2013-2014 season, but the Tigers will also have another scholarship open up if junior point guard Phil Pressey decides to declare for the NBA Draft, which is a possibility.
Any potential additions would join a four-man recruiting class that includes three four-star players, according to Rivals.com.

Look at the little Negus run!!

He probably doesn't want to be associated with a program that's involved with point shaving.

COLUMBIA – A lawyer for Missouri men’s basketball coach Frank Haith says the coach has asked the NCAA to throw out the charges of NCAA violations made against him

One of Haith’s attorneys, Wally Bley of Columbia, Mo., said Monday that client his filed a motion to dismiss the NCAA’s case against him in the aftermath of the organization’s admission of misconduct in its own investigation of the University of Miami case.
Bley said Haith will now wait to hear back from the NCAA Committee on Infractions, which will decide whether to hold a preliminary hearing for all parties involved. Two of Haith’s former assistants at Miami — Jorge Fernandez and Jake Morton — and former assistant football coach Aubrey Hill have made similar requests, as has Miami.
“They’ll read the motions filed by the university and coaches and let us know if they’ll set a time in front of a representative of the Committee on Infractions,” Bley said. “The whole committee could consider it, although I think at this point they will let preliminary matters be handled by one representative of the committee.”
Bley declined to provide a copy of the motion but is optimistic he will receive a response from the NCAA fairly soon.
“I think we’ll know something more about the procedure about where it will go from here in the next couple of weeks,” Bley said.
The NCAA’s notice of allegations, presented to Haith in February, says that imprisoned booster Nevin Shapiro threatened to claim he had paid a Miami recruit unless Haith or Morton provided money to Shapiro. According to the NCAA, Haith failed to alert the athletic department, failed to ensure that Shapiro’s claim lacked merit or disclose Morton’s financial dealings with Shapiro. Instead, the notice says, Haith gave money to Morton that he then provided to Shapiro.
Haith has been accused of failure to monitor by the NCAA, which has resulted in recruiting restrictions and short suspensions for other coaches, including Baylor’s Scott Drew and Connecticut’s Jim Calhoun. He and the other former Miami coaches who received such notices are expected to be able to defend themselves in June in front of the committee.
However, an external review of the NCAA’s investigation of the Miami case released in February uncovered a messy trail of missteps and insufficient oversight by college sports’ governing body, and resulted in 20 percent of the gathered evidence being thrown out. This opened a window of opportunity for Miami and the accused to file motions to dismiss.
Bley said there have been instances where the NCAA has thrown out cases before the official hearing, “albeit rarely.” In the meantime, he and another one of Haith’s lawyers, Michael L. Buckner of Pompano Beach, say Missouri’s coach will continue to be patient and abide by the NCAA’s process.
“This is all uncharted territory for everybody, for all parties,” Buckner said. “We’ll be taking direction from the Committee on Infractions and abiding by any deadlines or schedule the set forth.”
The Associated Press contributed to this story.

LOL, a program in total disarray! I can't blame the players for jumping off this sinking junker... As for Haith, good luck getting anybody better to fill those scholarships.

Wasn't Rodney Purvis looking at Mizzou? Sure would hate to see him fill one of those scholarship spots...

Mizzou will have to ask NC State very very nicely.

They didn't release him to Missouri because they're scheduled to play them in a non-con game.

That said, Haith and Fuller should be on a plane immediately anyway. If Purvis decides that Mizzou is home, I would imagine the bad press would be enough to convince NCSU to release him to Missouri and/or convince Missouri to cancel the game if need be.

Yeah, getting Purvis to replace NWC's scholarship while also replacing Pressey would be wonderful.

They could throw you one and you'd be more useful than Bull. As for Webster-Chan; he's just not a viable D-I starter, IMO. He doesn't have the range or quickness to be a 2 guard, he doesn't have the handles or floor vision to be a 1.

Mizzou can find another NWC with ease.

Yep, I'll bet kids with options have Mizzou at the top of their list. Why got to KU, UK, OSU, Michigan, Indiana, Florida or any of of those schools when you have Haith and Mizzou as an option?!

Talk to any number of outstanding transfers that Haith has brought in over the last 2 seasons. Talk to Aaron Cosby, a premier outside shooter from Seton Hall that just yesterday narrowed his choices to Illinois and Mizzou and would immediately be an upgrade from NWC.

Missouri is definitely going to get better for losing Bull and would have to try hard not to get better from losing Webster-Chan.

But by all means, continue talking out your ass, you're sounding exceptionally well-informed here.

You're right.....they're invincible with Haith at the helm.... Hey look, we're all Mizzou fans here, I'm just not going to believe they won't find a way to break our hearts as soon as they don't.
