Manual Time
It is time to look into the Chilton(?) manual to find the exact location of the turn signal relay. Most automotive stores should be able to look up the location for you and sell you the relay at the same time.
I still think it is around the steering column, up behind the dash. |

stlchiefs, is your radio and windshield wipers still working?
Reason why I ask is that there is also an accessory power relay that controls the signals, radio "and" wipers for Jeeps. |

Is there any way to tell if a relay (I believe that's what the bigger silver fuse like things are) is bad or do you just have to swap them out an see?

I had a 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and now have a 2002 of same.
Never had that problem. Did burn through several batteries, Jeeps seem to be hard on batteries for some reason. There are 2 fuseboxes, one is under the dash on the passenger side, right wall, and the other is under the hood, a rectangular black box, by the battery and anti-freeze overflow tank. Maybe try this discussion thread, might find a similar problem there: http://tinyurl.com/ysupck |
