Most of it, but if someone is absolutely ripping the Broncos sometimes I might exaggerate how good a player/coach is. But that is just me getting carried away defending my team.

Yeah, sorry for the confusion. It was done differently than usual, so I wasn't seeing the setting.

what I really don't get is why you can't be a bit realistic; do you feel you HAVE to be the uber homer 24/7? ****, you act like I did when I was six years old... the chiefs will never lose, we're gonna win the super bowl 87-0, etc... tone it the **** down, you're not a goddamned PR agent for the broncos. they don't sign your paychecks. passion is perfectly fine, but temper it with a bit of realism. life isn't always the extreme... you win some, you lose some, and things are seldom black or white. it's perfectly acceptable to be a fan of a team and not like everything they ****ing do.

two things:

1) your definition of meltdown is hilarious to say the least. just because one brings a bit of 'grump' to the table does not mean that one has had a meltdown. have I threatened to call anybody's employer? hell no, and I never will. have I pm'd him or you, asking to meet me somewhere so I can beat his or your ass? nope, and never will. you CAN separate one's RL mentality from one's BB mentality; the message board version of me is a cranky bastard who cusses a lot and calls people idiots. the real life version of me does these too, but with much less frequency.

2) yeah, you really don't read his posts too often, do you? it's like talking to a fanboy child. their dad can beat up your dad, their mom can outcook your mom, their hero is better than your hero, and every other cliche you could imagine. it would be ONE thing if he WAS only making over the top conclusions: he's gone far overboard to call it simply that.
