Twas the night before Christmas
and nothing was stirring, not even a ****ING HAMMER BY THE NEIGHBORS DOWNSTAIRS

For hours now, it's almost 1 am and hammer hammer hammer hammer. Wtf are they hanging up pictures? Making a new damn carpentry shit for their whole house? re-doing their floors?

They've been quiet all year, so I don't think I should go and complain since it's really the first time I've had any issues with them as far as noise goes.

But it's like a 90 year old lady and her granddaughter and their usually quiet, but I can't even begin to imagine what they need to hammer for hours on xmas eve at this time of night. Yes, I live in a duplex, but I own it, bite me.

If its my duplex ,& I hear hammering for that long of time period . Im going to go see whats up. Christmas eve or not.
Maybe they secretly hate you. & want to give you an xmas present you will never forget. We had renters bust out part of a concrete basement floor. I think they were trying to grow POT? But never knew for sure.

Well the obvious answer is they got a new hammer for Christmas.

But honestly, they are probably putting together something sweet for their kids....like a bike.
