Is Warrensburg Growing?

From what I can tell on the internet, this city has been cooking along the last three years...is this a new KC suburb? Do folks really drive that far?

that would be one hell of a suburb.... why not just make St. Louis a suburb... or Topeka.

I'm used to the D.C. drive...an hour isn't that big of deal. Again, I'm just trying to figure out why there have been so many single family homes built in the last two/three years (compared to the other small communities in the area) since I may be buying a home there in the near future.
