Frozen Hamburger Patties

Anyone have any luck with a specific brand or product? Looking for maybe twenty pounds of patties for a birthday party. If you have any horror stories of a brand lay them out here so I know to stay away from them.

Thanks

If I remember, there wasn't much shrinkage. They are 85% lean patties.

Just got home from Sams Club in Gladstone, Mo thats the place for frozen burger patties. Hell they had more variety than I ever seen there possibly because Fathers day weekend. The best buy was 10 lbs 80/20 Angus burgers 28 bucks I believe 1/4 lb.

They also had 24 count verity Shasta soda in cans for 4.25 a tray perfect for kids.

What's $200 compared to your KOBE beef burgers that you serve up with your supermodels? Plus, it's mostly for the kids. Shouldn't they deserve the very best?

I'll piggyback the thread -

How about frozen steaks? I've got some frozen ribeyes from the KC Steak Company that I should cook up sooner rather than later. I've researched it a little (very little) and was trying to find out if they're ok to just get thrown on the grill or if I have to thaw them in a certain way.
