You guys are making this so hard for me. I've given myself until 10pm (that would be CST) to decide. I'm not blowing my nose nearly as much, and I took a cough suppressant earlier. I feel almost normal. I really want to go out, but I'd be doing so by myself. I could run and grab a bite to eat, come home and do these threads. I should probably do that. I don't need to waste my money at the bar.

It's weird growing up and not realizing that everyone doesn't operate on your time. I grew up thinking naturally that prime time TV started at 8pm, and ran until the news came on at 11pm, and then Johnny Carson came on at 11:30pm. I grew up thinking that football was simply played at 1pm and 4pm and that was that. Since I've rarely been west of this time zone, it never occurred to me that there are entire generations of people on the other side of the country who have grown up thinking that football was a Sunday morning game, that all the games I'd been watching at 1pm were actually being watched at the ungodly-early hour of 10am out there. It's kind of bizarre.

On the bright side, when you (specifically) aren't watching your television, the games don't happen. Thank you for allowing the rest of us to participate.

So you're saying that everything is only a creation of my subconscious mind and, if I'm not thinking about it or watching it, it doesn't happen, and that I'm actually creating my own universe?
