Off Season Lets Talk Guns

Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.

Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?

Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

The caps aren't all they're cracked up to be. The one on the rear actually broke off, which I'm fairly pissed about.

I'd like to get an idea of what kind of gun safe to purchase next.

Something for 9-10 rifles.

Anybody wish to share some pics of their setups?

Do you have an Orshelins where you live? They have $150 off Liberty Safes until the end of the year.

I bought a Liberty safe that can hold 12 rifles for $350 last year. Liberty safes are pretty good.

When you "install" it, bolt it to the floor, wall, etc. A motivated thief will get anything out of your house.

I have a 40 gun wide with shelves top to bottom on one side. Its good but getting 40 in it is a chore and the guns at the back are virtually unaccessible without moving guns in front. I like it full though.

JFC, that is a big safe.

I thought hard about purchasing the double-wide Liberty safe, but I didn't want to move the SOB.

I have no plans to ever move it damn its a heavy bugger And I had to take the door trim off to get it through a 3'0 door. I forgot to measure including the handle! But its a great safe.

$1,269.99 for the Sig 556R
$1,249.99 for the ACOG 3.5x35 Scope

Sig also came with a Red Dot optic, which I'll end up sticking on something else.
