This league has been around awhile. Seems like they have a decent fanbase. I watched a few games out of morbid curiosity. From what I saw they actually played hard-hitting football and the players are dead serious about winning. The "sexiness" factor that I had imagined they would try to emphasize wasn't really there. Uniforms are kind of silly and the girls really don't look hot in them, so the "lingerie" part of the sport is forgotten quickly, and it's more like watching arena league. There is a lot of unintentional comedy like the video in this thread's OP.

It wasn't enough to keep me following the sport, but it was less terrible than I expected. Then again, I have to qualify this with the fact that I am a Chiefs fan.

I was looking it up and apparently they've rebranded the league. No more lingerie, thought it may as well be, and they actually try now. They're going for the "WNFL" I guess.
