same sentence. I think it was one of the TV announcers but I swear I heard it...anyone else?...

So I look for Gun and Raye to be back...

And forget the high priced RB...TRich just saved Carl a bunch of money...I hope for the fans and teams sake that TRich is the back I believe him to be...IMO, he is a 1000 yard back if given the opportunity...

Okay, so which Chiefs do we see in 2001 the ones that played yesterday or the ones that played 3 weeks ago in San Diego?....

I wouldn't know (was at the game) - but I did see one damn fine play yesterday: Tiger set (2 WR, 2 TE, TR@RB) - Gonzo: TE Motion left, playaction left, Gonzo flare right. The play was WIDE OPEN... went for a 1st down (I believe). That was a very well designed play - it was executed to perfection. I would like to see more mid-ranged plays(medium yardage) like that.

HC, I hate to admit this, but JR hasn't done that bad this year...his biggest fault is predictibility....with a little imagination and a running game, he might be okay...but what the hell, my opinion don't count...because if Gun stays, Raye stays...admittedly, the offense was the Chiefs only bright spot this year...especially the passing game...

do you remember what quarter that play was in?...I'd like to go home an watch it again on tape...

My greatest fear is that with these last 2 wins, and another strong outing against Atlanta in the last game, not only will MaGoo be back, but all of The 3 Stooges and Limp Willie.

58 - I believe it was in the 3rd quarter. KC was heading towards the South End Zone - they were at ~35yd line (N of the 50). I remember the play vividly - as it occured right in front of where I was sitting.

Gonzo went in motion (left), the ball was snapped, then all of a sudden, Gonzo was wide open in the right flat (cut back on his motion). The blocking scheme & play-action really sold the play left - setting up an excellent TE flare. I was very impressed.
