Because of the amount of work involved, these are the players available for drafting. To figure out the stats for a single player, I must average their stats for their best three year period and then program those in. To do that for every player between 1960 and 1995 would be problematic. An internet search for the players to find those stats would also be problematic. In addition, some players that are considered the greatest at the non skilled positions may not have the stats we'd expect. For example John Hannah and Willie Lanier are just above average for these best of the best.
