Eyewitness on 41 news said a man covered in blood was walking towards her car and she took him to KU Med,guy told her he was one of the last one's heading out when the roof just collapsed and he was able to roll out on the sidewalk.

When you watch the original fire it looks like the damn gas explosion caused a nearby petroleum vehicle to go up too. The deep black smoke just screams more than natty gas exploded at the beginning.
