I have found that you cannot depend on rebates, there are no laws requiring companies to honor them so their is only about a 35% return rate. but even after saying that, it is very tempting.

Look at what I just bought. No tower, everything is in the monitor.
(20 inch) I have had zero buyers remorse. This thing is lightning fast and converts most Windows programs.
