Wow... I saw the 11 car with the older style paint job and didn't think much about it. Then I found out Denny Hamlin requested it, and Gibbs and Fed Ex gave the go-ahead, and they found someone to recreate the scheme from 2005- when Jason Leffler drove the car. Classy.

Wheel hopping! I love road course racing at Sonoma - but it's a short track.

Several drivers spun or got off track in the dirt during Friday's first practice: #29-Harvick, #27-Menard, #48-Johnson, #43-Almirola, #11-Hamlin, #5-Kahne, #93-Kvapil, #37-Yeley.

Sonoma's track is all the road rage. So expect to see sheet metal flying and a bunch of angry drivers... Villeneuve is back to drive #51(?) car as aggressively as possible...it is very difficult to pass - Sonoma is a track position race - and fuel mileage.

NASCAR Nationwide Series at Road America on Sat. 5 p.m. ET.

Hi pumpkin! LOL

Damn-it, Piquet wheel hopped because of a field filler having to slow down for a turn!

Champion road course ringers leading the race. The ringers are putting on a show.

Wow Kyle Larson is running 4th.

Larson has Piquet's crew from last year, when Piquet won the race in Road America.

Where's Joe Gibbs?

How the hell did Owen Kelly run out of gas with 20 laps to go? He was running 2nd and having a great race. What a shame.

Gibbs - busy hiring scrubs.

Did Kelly run out of gas?

Embarrassing, posted this in the wrong thread.

Inmem, where are you?

Ohforgawdsakes...

Caution Owen Kelly (running 9th), who appeared to get into Gaughan - Kyle Larson spins out after Gaughan has already spun out. Max Papis and another driver off the course to avoid mayhem - winds up in the kitty litter.

Edit: Caution for an advertising sign that fell on the opposite side of the track. A worker could pick up the sign without stopping the race. In the meantime, Pastrana did not see the yellow flag and ran into someone damaging his hood.

Allmendinger passes Allgaier for the lead. What an amazing pass

Edit: Caution Clements runs off the course into the tire barrier. Car stuck

This is going to be a hell of a finish between Allmendinger, Allgaier, Vickers and Johnson. This is not going to end well.

5 laps to go

Edit: Caution

Edit: Caution

Edit: Caution Cars stacked up...Max Papis involved. 43 stuck in the grass. What a mess.

Second green-white-checkered coming up.

Allmendinger leading. Allgaier breathing down his neck, 2nd. Parker Kligerman (KyBusch Motorsports) running 3rd.

Allgaier tries to spin out Allmendinger. He saves it.

Will Allmendinger run out of gas

Winner: A.J.(Mr. Adderall) Allmendinger! He deserved that win.

He dominated this race... Great aggressive driving.

Way to go!

Edit: Johnson spins out Papis.

"Mad Max" Papis gets out of his car and hits Johnson over the head.
