Haason Reddick, LB, Temple (dark horse at 27?)

This guy just absolutely lit it up this week at Senior Bowl practices. Daniel Jeremiah said he doesn't even think he lost a rep. He demonstrated the natural ability to cover backs and TE's , great speed/range, and he has added value as a pass rusher. I think this guy would be a great replacement for DJ. He's going to turn some heads again at the combine, so hopefully he doesn't raise his stock too much.

Keep in mind, Fisher and Ford were the stars of their respective senior bowl weeks, so we know Dorsey values the show he has put on.

Eric Galko‏ @OptimumScouting

#Temple LB Hassan Reddick said that no teams said he needed to add weight. Teams like him both at OLB + ILB. Talked about #Chiefs fit a lot.

Playong inside here requires really good instincts it seems, but he's versatile as well. He reminds me of Bruce Irvin

Dorsey does seem to latch onto Sr bowl standouts. As much as I am so ready for an early QB pick, i'd be a-ok w/ Reddick in the 1st.

It seems like Reddick would be a perfect fit for the chiefs. I know his value has risen, but people on the outside looking in tend to be influenced more by Senior Bowl and Combine than the GMs are.

I believe there's a solid chance he's there at the end of the 1st.

And think of all the possible pitch black references...

Eric Fisher and Dee Ford were the stars of the SB in their respective years. Dorsey clearly does.

Eric Fisher was one of two expected possible #1 draft picks going into the Senior bowl if I recall. Dee Ford was considered the 2nd best DE of his draft by some scouts. Both were expected to go where they went.

Haason Reddick was a 2-3rd rounder until he started shining...now he's a 1st rounder in most scouts eyes.

I am not saying that he WILL be there..but I think there's a solid chance of it.
