Poop Do you have to push or does it just come out?

When you dump do you have to moan and groan and strain or does it just kind of fall out?

I just sit down and it comes out and I'm done. I experience no discomfort and I have to put out no effort. What about you guys? For you chronic pushers, are you worried that over the long term you'll jack up your bowels?

Cassel is the giant constipated turd that the Chiefs fan base has been straining to push out for the last 3 years, but they just can't force him out and it hurts so bad. Pioli is the cause of the constipation. It's time for CHunt to administer a giant enema to flush the Cassel and Pioli away. A steady diet of Geno Smith will get us regular again.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
I guess it depends on what I eat. If I have a lot of greens or mexican food, it seems to go smoothly. If I have a lot of red meat, not so much.
