If players test positive their contract should go before an arbitration committee so they can decide how much of a salary reduction they get.

Yea, but that just means they get to be a free agent and get a new deal somewhere else.

Not nearly as big of a penalty as having the dollar amount of your 5-year deal cut by 30%. imo.

Braun is the most hated man in baseball since Bonds. Olney mentioned weeks ago that every player said they wanted him taken down. This isn't a union thing; it's a Ryan Braun thing.

That liar got the person who handled his steriod filled pee fired last year. He went out of his way to question his intergity and that someone had to tampered with the sample to come up positive because he has never done steriods in his life. So since this guy was the only one in contact with the sample, he should be looked at as the person who tampered with the sample.

BTW, tampering with urine sample tests is a federal crime.

Braun owes that man an personal and public apology and owes him any lost income.

did Braun admit to tampering with the sample etc or to just using PED's?

I would think there is a civil case there for defamation.
