Great QB's (obviously) A+

Running backs - Pretty good, I'm beginning to begrudgingly believe that Mathews is becoming a good value pick. B

Wide Receivers - Good WR1, depth is a worry. I like DHB as a late sleeper though. B-

Tight End - Not in love with Gates at all, but he will either stay healthy and do moderately okay, or you can pick up his backup or someone else on the waiver. C

Defense - Good defense A

Kicker - ahh.. who grades kickers? Guess I will. A- (F since you will have to root for the Raiders)

I had the 11th pick so I couldn't get a top line RB. But what I like is that I have 3 uncontested starting RBs. Most of the other teams have a star followed up by a backup or something similar.

I hear you on Gates but I didn't take him til super late so it's all reward and no risk.

See-Bass has been my man for years. I hate the Raiders but they kick a ton of FGs and he bombs em. Not slowing down either.

Better keep the EMTs' within a tennis ball's throwing distance with that roster.

You look pretty much unstoppable if everyone stays healthy. It's hard to imagine what that roster would be capable of (healthy), of course that's probably the case with everyone & that's what makes it so much fun? ...& pissed at the same time.

This is the best way to play Jones & Jennings of course. I was watching a Vikings game the other day & was surprised to see how small Jennings was. He aint no Bowe that's for sure.
And as far as Chefz signing Bishop goes....looks like it might have been a mistake

You should be fine. Jennings could be a good WR2. No problems with your RB's either. I hate Mathews but that's only because I drafted him last year. I don't see how that team doesn't make the playoffs. Especially considering Aaron Rodgers is probably going to throw for like 5,000 and 45 TD's or something stupid like he always does. It was a good year to draft at the 10-12 spots.

Here's my recently completed draft. $100 buy in. 12 man PPR. Had the 2nd overall. Kept Cruz and Sproles. Had to waay overdraft Matt Ryan because my leauge loves to draft QBs very early even though it's 4 pts. passing TD. 6 for rec/rushing TD. PPR. 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D.

QB: Matt Ryan, Ben Roethlisberger
RB: Jamaal Charles, Darren Sproles, Darren McFadden, Fred Jackson, Kendall Hunter
WR: Victor Cruz, Vincent Jackson, Kenny Britt, T.Y. Hilton, DeAndre Hopkins
TE: Vernon Davis, Jermaine Gresham
D: Pittsburgh
K: Garrett Hartley

On paper always looks good. But Mathews,Murray,Gates and Jennings are all HIGH injury risks. Tate was a great pickup because Foster will get hurt this year for sure IMO. McCoy who knows how Kelly uses him. Fitz was a great pick because he and Palmer already have that chemistry going but the downside was and still is their O-line now that Cooper is out for the season. So don't expect the deep ball from Palmer as much and expect more quick slants.....
I have always loved James Jones the unheralded productive WR that only gets more production this year now the Jennings is totally out of the picture and Rodgers is his QB

If the injury gods stay away you should make the playoffs easy

Prior to the pre-season I was a huge Charles fan for fantasy based on Reid's offense and how he used McCoy. But now I'm not high on the Chief's running game after watching the interior O-line severely struggle and not get progressively better as the pre-season went on.

I didn't realize how bad they are thus I would bench Knile Davis for the time being and pickup Todman(rookie RB-Jags). Jones-Drew will be hurt again I assure you and Todman is the 'real deal' my friend !! Until the Chiefs interior O-line gets their sh** together neither Charles/Davis will not be able to run between the tackles. They will only be effective out of the backfield and then opposing D's will start gaming that angle as well once they know that they can't run between the tackles. Interior O-line has to get better before I take a Chief RB seriously at this point. Don't get me wrong I love Davis but he needs holes before he gets his jets going. He hasn't learned to create his own holes yet and won't even get the opportunity to as long as this interior O-line sucks !!

IMHO

I've been burned multiple years by Gates and Mathews.

I got Mathews in round 7 (****ing starter in round 7!) or I wouldn't have touched him.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).
