And dogs need to be nerfed. At the very least have it like in the campaign mode where you can fight the dog off and break its neck.
Focus or whatever stops flinch is huge. I have not unlocked it yet. That is how I die because I have been putting points into the badger and as I am told. To short of range gun for my style.

I have only had 2 dogs kill me. Both around cornersbwhen I was running. I usually destroy them. Easy to kill outside not knowing they are there.

It plays more like MW2 than any recent COD game
Which is a good thing IMO

Maps are a bit large and the spawn system is pretty bad but other than that it has been a pleasant surprise

I would say if you liked MW2 then you will like this one
If you liked Black Ops 2 then you will hate Ghosts

How many damn bullets does it take to kill a dog? I've had multiple instances where I put at least three into a dog and it jumps me from 25 yards away for the kill. That's probably my biggest gripe so far. And the L115 sniper rifle is nails. You can hit someone almost anywhere and get a one shot kill....even silenced.
