Source says Cassel to be cut now
Just listening to the radio (Petro) and during the sportscenter update, they said according to an "NFL source", Cassel will now be cut.

IF true, the chiefs still need a qb no? I'll be shocked if they don't move back up into the second to get the best QB available.

Not even worth it. Cassel was effectively cut last season. This didn't have to happen in order for Hunt to have the cajones to do it regardless.

Funny thing is...Cassel would be a fabulous backup. I'll bet he would've even stayed for a huge pay cut.
