Anyone here play 10 point pitch? 13 point pitch? What are your favorate card games to play, either by yourself or with others?

I enjoy playing 10 or 13 point pitch.

Yeah, used to play 10pt pitch for hours and hours back in the day. That was before every kid had Xbox or Playstation.

I like the game asshole. It's a real game and is played much like Uno or Crazy Eights. It can be a great drinking game as well.

I still play it whenever I can. 10 point or 13 point, it don't matter to me.

I wish there was some place online to play pitch.

My parents used to own a small pub and the pitch table was always full. There would be at least one booth full of guys waiting to play. I have not played years, it is a fun game. I was taught by the old timers and remember being proud when they thought enough of me to ask me to be their partner. It may sound funny but being asked to join that table with those old men was a proud feeling.

I love pitch as well. My wife and I play from time to time. It is just hard to find other people to play. We also like spades. I too would like to play pitch online. I have played spades online, but never pitch.

I know that feeling. Same thing applied to me with my grandpa. I considered my grandpa a pretty good pitch player, because he seemed to have a knack of what is going on, and what the possibility could happen. I studied the man pretty good, and while I still got some work to do, he has took notice of it, and made some positive feedbacks on me.

Spades, Pinochle, Canasta, Hearts, Rummy, Gin, 5-stud, 7-stud, Holdem, Pitch, SOYN, any damned card game is fun. As kids we played Pinochle and Canasta, incessantly.

My dad was a heck of a player but also was flat out lucky. He used to drive me nuts with his blind bids. he lived and died with the widow. He would pull it off almost everytime it was rather uncanny.
