It's wrong. Big shock.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kansas...2.80.931982.29 Jack Mitchell left Arkansas and came to the Jayhawks to replace Mather in 1958. His overall coaching record at Kansas was 42–44–5 in nine seasons https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...otball_coaches 91 42 44 5 .489 |

Nebraska has a lot of problems. Biggest issue is they went from being a big fish in a smaller pond to a small fish in a bigger one. Even if they get back to winning more, they will just be seen as a speed bump that's in the way of an Ohio State or whoever wins the other division. They will never have the relevance that they once had. If there's one conference apocalypse team that would benefit most from a time warp to 10 years ago, it would be them. Nobody outside of Nebraska will really give any particular **** about Nebraska football again. |

Anytime Nebraska would ever win the conference it would automatically be stigmatized as a fluke because the other division had to be down all around in the other division.
They will never ever ever be on a level with Ohio St, Penn St or Michigan. Mizzou and Texas A&M or more or less the same in a different conference. |
