The point is that you've had someone attain greatness for a longer period of time, and we're arguing whether LeBron's shorter span puts him above the longevity.

No, I'm just right and you're avoiding the obvious. Any team that wins 60+ games in the NBA is a great team and LeBron carried his team to that with no real help. Kobe couldn't manage anything close to that.

I'm not saying LeBron's career is better than Kobe's. It's not...not yet, anyway. What I am saying is that LeBron is the superior player overall (and well on his way to passing many careers, not the least of which Kobe's) and that's getting more and more obvious.

Yeah, there's no difference at all between bad teams that can't win much more than 30-40 games and elite teams that win over 60 and go to the NBA Finals. I guess the Raptors in your mind equate to the Thunder because they all ended up with no championship.

Whats funny is that you seem to think that when LeBron was on the Cavaliers by himself in the Eastern Conference = Kobe by himself in the Western Conference. Cleveland would have made the playoffs twice, before LeBrons final 2 seasons when they won 60+ games, and would have been the 5th seed at best, and that's taking their Eastern Conference schedule and pasting their record in the West. And when they won 60+ games they didn't even win the East. Hilarious you are.

Once again, get back to me when LeBron does something on his own.

BTW... The Lakers only missed the playoffs once after Shaq left.

Kobe and his team of scrubs wasn't anywhere near the quality of LeBron and his team of scrubs. Sorry, but there's no real way around this point. Anybody that watched those teams knows that.

LeBron is also a superior player to Kobe in every way (efficiency, scoring, passing, rebounding, defense) and well on his way to outpace what he did in his career (and it's not just Kobe, he's basically outpacing everybody that isn't Michael Jordan).That, of course, has nothing to do with team quality but it should be obvious to any objective observer at this point.
