Just don't think there is a guy that we could say fits that mold this offseason. And this draft was terrible in the QB department.

My point is, I am not spending premium picks for a guy that I believe firmly has about as much chance at leading a team the the SB as I do of winning the lotto.

I'd rather give up lower picks for a guy like Flynn, or sign a guy like Stanton in free agency than throw away two 2nds, potentially, or a 2nd and 3rd, for Alex Smith.

They are all just stop gaps who will take you nowhere.
