Need info on a new bed/mattress

Wife and I are looking into getting a new mattress. Does anyone have any suggestion on brands or models?

What about the Select Comfort beds, anyone have one?

we have a king size pillow top its very comfy

The dealer said it wasnt the Mercedes of matreses but more like a buick or a caddy

i'm happy

Haggle with them thier prices are not firm and also ask for the clearence items

See, personally, I hate pillow tops. I like a firm mattress. Give us a hint of your preferences.

Make sure there's good back support for the wife. That way she'll be more inclined to recline.

yes...for about 10 years or so now. gone thru 2compressors, but they're warranteed, so they ups one out right away.

We just bought a Sealy Posturpedic (sp?) from Mattress Firm for our guest bedroom. It sleeps good but since it's for guests ... I'm not that concerned ... but I'll not give up my waterbed. Paid about $600 for it and since it was the end of the month the mgr. delivered it free to help meet his quota.

Check Sears ... they had a deal of 1/2 price, free delivery, and a free bedframe.
