Anyone else getting that Cody, Wyoming, tourist commercial?
Seems like maybe something wasn't well thought out.


I had the TV on in the background when I first heard it. It was your typical Wyoming spiel - outdoors, buffalo, come visit, etc.

And then at the end, this couple is talking, and the guy says something like, "Cody, Wyoming. It'll grow hair on your chest."

And then the woman says (and I swear this is true), "And that's not the only place."

I saw the commercial later, and it turns out that the woman is wearing a fake Buffalo Bill beard. That completely changes the context of her statement, so I hope they don't convert it to a radio ad.
