That is as may well be, but that catch was not "routine".

that catch was ridiculous as was the intent of my post - with exception to the "#2" point.

No one believed in the 2007 Giants at this stage of the game, either. They didn't believe in starting linebacker Kawika Mitchell or underachieving quarterback Eli Manning or their offense that relied primarily on one star receiver with a reputation of being stupid or their line with its young and ascending right guard or its beat-up secondary where not a single player started all 16 games. Yep, no one believed in them, either.

I lived in NYC at the time. It was full meltdown, much worse than Chiefs fans this season. Coughlin would have been canned, no doubt. There was talent on that team, veteran talent and young studs like Jacobs. Antonio Pierce was an animal. Anyway, yes, it was similar. But to be that resilient you need to have a better team than the Chiefs have. Eli actually looked good down the stretch there and that was a big diff for the Giants that year.

People need to quit trying to talk themselves into the Chiefs being a good team. Get over it. Look to improve. Suck for Luck.

2007 Cowboys > 2011 Bills
2007 Packers > 2011 Lions Enough said. Root to Lose. Suck for Luck. Whatever you call it. We need a franchise QB.

So you mean, if we sucked half as much as we do, we win a championship ?

Chiefs win 3 games this year, max. Colts, Phins and home against Donks, possibly one of the Raider games. Every other game this season will be a train wreck. May even break records for fewest points scored and most allowed.
