$8-$10 million a year for Sean Smith?
I don't see it happening. Crazier things have happened though. |

I'd rather sign Sean Smith than draft Dee Milliner #1 overall, and this move would prevent that from being a necessity.

Not that I think they're gospel by any means, but what're Smith's PFF metrics over the last 2 years? Or better yet, FO?

In 2012, he had two interceptions, 12 pass deflections, as well as two forced fumbles.
WEAKNESSESS: Missed Guesses Former Dolphins WRs told the Miami Herald's Armando Salguero that Smith "guesses a lot and a lot of time he guesses wrong." Smith gave up more combined first downs and touchdowns than any other NFL CB (46). I think we should just maybe pass on Smith! |

no playmaking ability at all, guesses and whiffs all the time. zero ballhawk skills. you want a cover guy opposite of Flowers not a guy that will gamble and get burnt, especially with the lack of a talented FS to help behind him we have the god damn human shoulder whiffer back there |

I'd rather give Jalil Brown another shot than waste money and time on Sean Smith

I would rather start a rookie CB and watch him grow just like we did with Flowers and Carr.
