Gay Connecticut couple accused of raping adopted children will face trial
George Harasz, 49, and Douglas Wirth, 45, of Glastonbury, withdrew a deal with prosecutors that would have given them suspended prison sentences and probation, according to reports. The surprise move comes as new allegations by three more adopted children surfaced Friday.

I haven't said anything about the IRS scandal because there isn't much more to say about it than what many others have already said. What the IRS did is inexcusable and their reaction is inexcusable. I don't know anyone who is defending the IRS or Obama and his administration on this subject.

Whatever happens to the people involved in the IRS scandal, I believe it will be justified. This includes impeachment of Obama if it is proven that he supported the action of the IRS.

As for the BSA and gay issue, I've given up arguing with the anti-gay crowd on any issues deling with gay rights. Arguments based on fear and hatred are never rational and seldom civil.

How the hell is that consistent with your position. your previous post said it was inarguable that homosexuals would be more likely to molest a teen. This study says there is no evidence pointing to that.

No, my previous post said that homosexuals would be more likely to molest a male teen. Even if we agree that there is a group of men who molest without regard to gender (and my understanding is that that is more common for pedophiles than for men who have sex with teens), there is also a group of men who choose to have sex with teens on the basis of their sexual preference.

Not sure what you're reading. The research study seems to indicate that molestation is largely due to crazy people who aren't necessarily homosexual doing it.

If you're going to suggest that gay parents are likely to molest their teenage son, you have to compare that to the prevalence of heterosexual men molesting their teenage daughter.

I'm not sure what you're reading, but it doesn't seem to be my posts.

I think this defensiveness on behalf of homosexuality, to the point that people can't even interpret what they're reading accurately is pretty interesting.

Do you think heterosexuals are significantly more likely to molest children than homosexuals (given the same opportunities)?

Do you think that there are occurances of homosexual men having sex with underaged boys as a result of their attraction to males?

If your answers are no to the first and yes to the second, you agree with me.
