My sleep patterns are all messed up. WTH do I do to fix this.

Last night an enigma occured. I went to bed but didn't go to sleep. Throughout my life I could always count on sleep coming when I go to bed but last night I think I assumed to much. Thank god all of my classes are Mon, Wed, and Fri. I ended up sleeping from 10am till about 5pm today. Its not a good. I feel like a vampire.

What do I do to get back on track?

On a serious note as the stress of life continues to build up there are two things I have done. One is workout hard, if you do you will sleep no problem every night. On the very rare occasion that I can't sleep I take a prescription sleeping pill. I told the doctor I can't sleep sometimes even though it is very rare I didn't say that. I probably need to do that again as I have a whole bottle of pills that are getting old that I have but 2 of over the last 18 months. It's worth having there is you need them on that rare occasion though, nothing worse than looking at the ceiling all night other than having to get up 30 minutes after you went to sleep.
I actully recommitting myself to working out and lifting. In highschool I felt like I did enough lifting for football to last be a life time. I kind of got burned out on it. This time around it will be a very different system though. I am not interested in "getting big" in the least. Going to do high repetition low weight toning type stuff. Try to miz in some cardio and lose a little weight.

Trust me, no hangover, no sick gut in the morning, you'll wake up having slept better than you ever have.
How do the police in Newfoundland feel about "pizza"?

I'm a diagnosed chronic insomniac. The first time I took Ambien, I had half a pill and was asleep in ten minutes. It was beautiful.... but a week and a half later, I'd take a full pill and still be up four hours after that...
