J.J. Pesavento, of Next Level Scouting, reports the Kansas City Chiefs signed undrafted rookie free-agent LB Weston Dacus (Arkansas) to a two-year deal Tuesday, May 6. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

I'll say this again -- this guy seems to be smallish for MLB, but has the frame to put on weight. His speed is outstanding for the position, so he makes a great project for MLB.

Who do we have at MLB altogether?

Donnie Edwards -- maybe, if we want to start DeMorrio Williams at the Will.
Napoleon Harris -- incumbent, underachiever
Nate Harris -- young promising UDFA who scored playing time at the end of last year
Weston Dacus -- young UDFA project with upside

I believe he did, plus he was facing an injury.

He was a projected 4th rounder sans those issues, and we snagged him in UDFA.

Well he originally was supposed to go to Miami out of high school but he got into some trouble (can't remember what it was) and he had to go to Louisville instead.
