Q Snyder .....

Should be fired. Right now. Right today.

I waited a day to cool off after watching the debacle with Iowa State. My head is clear and mind is made up - the man may be a good recruiter, but he can't coach. You simply cannot be a good coach and put a product on the court like that - one that is so up and down.

It's sad, because I was really rooting for him to succeed. Mizzou would do well to cut its losses and move him on. Can't believe the AD really wants to watch another month of this death march.

This is one Mizzou alum who says Coach Q needs to go.

They rocked more with Johnny Orr.

For a brief moment, when MU won @ OU and beat KU, with a disappointing last-second loss to the Boofs in between, I thought Q might actually be able to salvage something decent out of a season that began with low-to-zero expectations.

But all he did, in typical fashion, was falsely raise expectations.

I just want him gone.

Mizzou lives and dies by the 3 point shot. Basic inside game has been abandoned by most teams in the opening minutes. Teams trying to jumpstart the scoreboard can and do get out-rebounded when the shot doesn't drop. I'm a big fan of using the 3 when you're up by at least five, but with the strong- and weak-side rebounders near the board on the shot.

Snyder is dying by the 3-pointer.

Ditto for Barry Collier. Whoever loses tomorrow's game should be fired in a post-game ceremony.

This is true, and exactly what UMKC does, as well...
I hate it, usually.

I think Quin should leave. I actually think he'll be back as a HC somewhere, someday, but he was just in over his head with this hire. Mizzou needs to find an experienced, strong-willed leader, even if it is just a step-board to his next job, but someone to instill a "Mizzou" way of playing basketball, rather than what Quin has done during his tenure. It seems it's been a different kind of team every year, with the exception that after Big 50 graduated, they've been soft.
